Fish Flops {Review}

I was given Fish Flops as compensation for an honest review.

A few weeks ago, I was contacted and offered to review the brand FishFlops sandals.  

I was surprised to open the package and find TWO great pairs included.  I must admit, I love shoes and when it comes to flip flops, I'm all in.  So this was music to my ears!

It was thankfully caught through a special heart health screening program at Shayli’s school, and she underwent life-saving open heart surgery just last month. That is why Madison’s visit to the Flip Flop Shops in Biloxi is an extra special one – heart health and heart disease is a cause near and dear to both Madison and Flip Flop Shops. Flip Flop Shops co-founder, Brian Curin, himself underwent emergency open heart surgery two years ago at age 38, and the company has since had a keen focus on raising funds and awareness for heart disease and heart healthy living.

RR dog food [Review/Giveaway]

A couple weeks ago, I came home to find a large package on the porch.

I was so excited to open the box and find two 6 lb bags of Rachel Ray Zero Grain dog food.

The team at Rachel Ray has done an outstanding job on creating this line of dog food.  A few facts about the product:
. U.S. farm raised turkey is the #1 ingredient
. Zero grains, glutens or fillers
. Zero poultry by-product meal
. Zero artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

This dog food can be especially good for dogs with allergies.  The turkey is easily digestible and has been proven to not trigger food allergies like other meats often do.

I was sent the turkey and potato recipe zero grain.  It includes:
Real turkey
Turkey meal, the second main ingredient in the recipe.  This provides amino acids and B vitamins to help maintain lean muscle and healthy organs.  It is also a good source of Glucosamine and Chondrioitin to help support joint health.
Whole potatoes, peas, and tapioca.  These are easily digestible vegetable carbohydrate sources.
Beet pulp is a wholesome fiber source that naturally provides prebiotics to help maintain digestive health.
Flaxseed and poultry fat allows dogs to get protein from fat instead of grains.  It also helps provide a shiny and healthy skin coat.

The package also came with the grains to re-create the food myself at home.  Brilliant!

Are you organized?

I am SUCH a neat freak that I have to keep a planner.

Reunion & Giveaway!

I'm so stoked this morning.  Tonight, I get to see one of my very best friends in the world.  You see, this girl is my sister.  Not my biological sister, but we were meant to be friends. 

Sadly, she moved away from here several years ago and we don't get to see each other nearly as much as we'd like.  BUT don't be sad, she found her Mr. Right and is living a wonderful life, so I'm happy for her!

Anyway, she is coming in tonight and spending the night at my house.  This will her first time to meet B and I'm really excited about that too.  She is bringing along her hubby, so B and Jeff can become good pals too.  They are already stuck for life, so they better like each other! ha! 

I'll be back Monday with some new pictures of us! :)  Since that one was taken awhile back!
