What a weekend!

Let me start off with saying that this was one of the BEST weekends I've had in a long time!

As I said in Friday's post, I went to dinnner and a movie with my mother, Tera, and her mother.  It was SO MUCH FUN to get out and have a girl's night.  Tera & Lisa remind me so much of my own mother and me.  We bicker, but in a fun way, and they are the same way! And maybe I should add that Tera suffers from Road Rage as I do, so that was interesting to see play out too, HAHAHA.  I can still laugh thinking about it.  Love you Tera!

Saturday morning I was up early and ready for the fun-filled day ahead!  Kevin, Jennifer, Jenna, Mom, and myself left Corinth at 8:00 and headed to Amory for the RailRoad Festival.  It was a beautiful day (okay, HOT, but beautiful) and we enjoyed the day catching up with family and friends and browsing through the many craft booths and the antique car line.
Oh, and we took time out for some nice cold drinks =)   Jenna sure did like it!

I think I ate my weight in Apple Fritters and I'm glad this thing only happens once a year.  But they are SOOOOO good.  My cousin, Kim, had me wanting them all week.  She kept "checking in" on facebook at their booth at the festival.  Evil.  Yes, I checked in there too Saturday.  MMMMMMmmmmmmm.. Wish I was eating one right now.  Good thing I brought a whole bag home with me! ;)

Daylee, Jenna, & myself.
We were lucky enough to get to spend the day with some of the family that we don't get to see very often.  Daylee is 4 months older than Jenna so it was incredibly cute to see the two of them "check each other out".  Jenna doesn't quite like it as much as Dayleee does.  If the picture weren't too dark (taken with phone) then I would post it, BUT Daylee wanted to kiss on Jenna.  Daylee would do so and then smile really big, while Jenna would scream afterwards.   Maybe she will like kissing boys more?!?! =)

Saturday night Mom and I kept Jenna.  Once we were back in town, I gave Jenna a bath and fed her and we headed out (again!) for a little shopping around town.  She is SUCH a happy baby and loved looking at all the "pretties" in the stores!  I can't wait for her to get a little older and start telling me what she likes/dislikes :)

My Sunday was spent cleaning up here and there around my house and trying to relax a little before the work week started.  Some paiting was done on my cabinet, so as soon as I can, I'll be posting pictures of that!  =)

I love these two :)

Well, it is Monday... and I need to work on another day of my 30 Day Photo Challenge.. so I'm outtie on this one!!! =)
