My sweet friend, Haley, is on an airplane right now on her way to California.

See! I got this picture first thing this morning! :)

And I'm over on her page.  Go find me at I Can Only Imagine. And follow her while you're there! It's worth it!

Have a great weekend!!!

Coffee...

Comments (5)

It's a must in my life.

I start my days with it, and when I don't- I actually notice the difference in me and my attitude.

With that said, I usually make coffee at my house every.single.morning.

This morning was no different.  I got up, started the coffee pot, checked the dogs, and headed for the shower.

When it was all finished, I headed over to get my nice liquid jumpstart and I chose one of my favorite coffee mugs (since my Tervis was dirty and I'm too lazy to wash it.. ha!).

Now, mind you, this same coffee mug got DROPPED last week and I thought I gave it a royal search checking for cracks.

Apparently not good enough.

I poured my brew in... lifted the cup, and coffee poured everywhere.  ugh.

I wasn't going to make ANOTHER pot of coffee.  Yes, I only make enough for my one-two coffee cups in the morning.

So I drove to the gas station to get me and B a cup.  He loves the coffee at the station and so do I, so I thought this was a good shot to get him a little happy, get to see him, and get my coffee.

Okay, get to the station and the coffee we drink has been changed.  It's no longer one of the choices.  Panic sets in it.

I got him one kind, and got me another.

Mine sucks.   I just threw it out.

I need my freaking' morning coffee people.  It's for the world's safety.

Today is a bright, sunny, beautiful day here in Northeast Mississippi!
Now THAT's something to love!

I'm loving...
that I got to talk to an old friend last night.  Lacey, thanks for calling!!!

I'm loving...
something I bought yesterday.
These are "wishing trees" that are used at weddings.  However, ours aren't going to be used for that purpose.  We are going to display pictures baby until now on them.  These will sit on the table where our engagement pictures will be displayed.    I am SO in love with them.  And I got them both for $35! Steal!

I'm loving...
that it is 24 days until I leave for vacation.  I cannot wait to get my toes in the sand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm loving...
that B and I got to spend some time with Ben last night.  It was really nice!

I'm loving...
that I think I know what I want my wedding cake to look like...
Except it would be three tiers and of course have a "W" on it.  Opinions??

I'm loving...
that this weekend I get to go see Magic Mike AND Madea.  What a good movie weekend!!!

What are YOU loving today???

Sometimes & Always #2

Sometimes- I'd rather go anywhere but work.

Always- I know I have to have $$, so I get up and go anyway.

Sometimes- I just want to go straight home from work and get in bed.

Always- Someone askes me to do something or come by somewhere, and I end up going.

Sometimes- I wonder how I made it through all the things of the past without B.

Always- I know that God was holding onto to him for me until he knew I was at my breaking point and He gave me my miracle.

Sometimes- I wonder how the past could have changed things for my current life.

Always- I know it had to happen to get me where I am!

Sometimes- I wish there was more to do in my hometown.

Always- I'm glad I live in a small town, where "everyone knows everyone."

Way behind..

I've sucked balls at blogging lately.

I became a slacker last week, and I apologize for that.

I'm back.. and strong.  So let's recap, shall we?

Thursday night I went and picked up the boys after work and brought them home with me.  I cooked spaghetti and they played the Wii and Ipad until Uncle B got there and then we ate and hung out some more before taking them home.

I had SO much fun!  I love these kids as if they were blood family to me, and I'm excited that one day they will be my official nephews!

Let me introduce you to the boys..
This is Brad, he is the youngest.

This is Bryce, the middle one, and the only one with dark hair!

And on the far right is Blake, the oldest, and my other boyfriend. :)

So you can see how cute they all are, and know why I think they will all be hotties one day, right?  Yep, thought so!

So anyway, last Thursday night was fun for me and B.  And I think and hope the boys had a good time as well!

Friday night was low key for my baby and me.  He worked late, I was just tired, so we had a comfy lazy night.  The best kid, in my opinion.

Then Saturday rolled around and that was a big night for B.  It was his 10 Year Class Reunion.  He wasn't just exactly thrilled to go, but I had been begging him to go because I grew up friends with a lot of his classmates.  That's what happens when you live in a small town. ha!

So we went, and B had a blast.  He loosened up once we got in there and really truly had a good time!  And so did I, of course!

This was our pre-party picture.  At our usual tree. :)

ACHS Class of 2002 =)

Some random reunion pictures..

One of my best friends in the entire world, Jay!  He graduated with B, so it was nice to get to hang out with him too!

So great to see Misty!!!

& yes, I let B take some pictures with his friends.. but this is how they act.

Typical.

So, next try...

Much better guys, much!

We had SUCH a good time, and this makes me look forward to taking B with me to my reunion in September and showing him off.  After all these years of bad ones, I got me a good one.. just in time! :)

I love you baby!!!!

Where I am..

Hello lovelies!  I'm sorry I skipped out on you yesterday.

I have a good excuse, for real.

I was working on my wedding binder.

No, you didn't miss anything.. No I'm not engaged..

But B told me to start planning, so that I am.

So that's where I am.

H-E-L-P!!!!!!!!!!

Liebster Love!

Comments (3)

I have something very exciting to talk about today.  A few short months ago this sweet girl sent me an e-mail asking a question about how to do something blog-related.  And now here we are blog buddies!
Haley is SO pretty and a sweetie!  She nominated me for a Liebster Blog Award, and I couldn't be more flattered.
Here's the description of the award (taken from Haley's page):
The Liebster Blog Award is given to upcoming bloggers who have less than 200 followers. The Meaning; Liebster is German and means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing and welcome.
I may sound like I'm repeating Haley when I say this, but it is SO nice to know I have readers.  Sure, I don't have the big numbers like some girls do, but I am TOTALLY fine with that.  I blog for me, not an audience.  And I have met some incredible women through this little land of blogging!
Moving on to the nitty gritty...

Here are the rules for receiving this award:
 1. Each person must post 11 things about themselves.
2. Answer the questions the tagger has set for you plus create 11 questions for the people you've tagged to answer.
3. Choose 11 people and link them in your post.
4. Go to their page and tell them.
5. Remember, no tag backs!

11 Things about Me:
1. I freak out if I don't have chocolate in my house.  I'm a real choc-o-holic.
2.  I cannot stand peppermints.  They disgust me.
3.  I'm a cheap butt.  After finding deals like I do at garage sales, I hardly can store buy much anymore.
4.  I LOVE to cook and am loving that B is around so I can experiment with things.
5.  I know my future kids' initials will be.  No second thoughts.
6.  I don't eat tomatoes.  Ick.
7.  I could eat pizza every.single.day.of.my.life.
8.  I have one tattoo already and know what #2 will be and when I'm getting it. (Hint, it's after I'm married, hehe.)
9.  My dad's best friend growing up had a daughter on the same day I was born.  Best friends with baby girls on the same day!
10.  My two nephews and my niece are all named after me.
11.  I don't like board/card/etc. games.  Like AT ALL.

Haley's Questions:
1. How many cellphones have you had in your lifetime?
-I have had 7 I think.
2. How many states have you visited? Ever been out of the country?
-States- Sadly, not very many.  maybe 5 or 6.. And I've been on a cruise to the Bahamas!
3. Around what age did you switch from taking baths to taking showers?
-I was VERY young.  My parents took out their tub and replaced it with a shower only system when I was a small child.  A shower is all I've ever "really" known.
4. Japanese, Mexican, or Italian food?
-Italian, hands down.
5. French toast, or pancakes?
-Pancakes.  LOVE THEM!
6. Your all-time favorite restaurant?
-Olive Garden! (Hence, the Italian!)
7. How many times a day do you brush your teeth?
-Twice, sometimes three.  And I'm addicted to flossing.
8. Do you play an instrument?
-No I sure don't.  I "played" clarinet in high school, but I HATED IT and never wanted to play anything.
9. What were the colors and mascot of your high school?
-Red & Black and we were the Warriors! :)
10. What's your ideal outside temperature/weather?
-Summertime for sure!!!
11. Favorite all-time song to jam out to?
-Honestly anything upbeat by Jason. His songs always put me in a better mood.
That was SO much fun!
My Questions:
1. Favorite guilty pleasure TV show?
2.  Favorite birthday of the past, and why?
3.  Best vacation you've ever been on?
4.  Are you a coffee drinker? If so, what do you take in yours?

Isn't it funny how it can all line up and feel SO good?

Well, that's where I'm at right now.  B and I just had a fabulous weekend together!
Friday night we a little "married couple's" night out with getting something to eat and making a stop for a few things from the store, and ending the night with a car wash. haha.  I told you it was an old married couple's night. :)

Saturday was our big date day!  This was the first chance we have gotten to go out for B's birthday dinner because of so many other things happening on the weekends.  So, late, but we did it finally.

His favorite restaurant is Red Lobster, and I had never been to one before. I know that sounds crazy for most people, but when you don't eat seafood, there isn't much of a reason to walk into a Red Lobster, haha.

But I put my big girl panties on and took him there, against his will and his fear that I'd get sick.  (I CAN'T eat seafood, it's not that I just don't...)  And what do ya know, I liked it.  I'd def want to try something different when we go back but it was good.  Yes, B, I said we are going back! ;)

While we were there shopping and getting a few things, we did something very special.

[Mallorie, you are about to die..]

We looked at engagement rings.  It was his idea, and I let him show me the rings he liked and I'd tell him my opinion on them.  We both REALLY liked the style of this one ring so I think he has a complete understanding now of what I want and what he wants to get me.  It was VERY exciting for me to get to try on rings.  That's a first for me, ever.  So to say I was nervous is an understatement but I am SO glad we did it.

We also got his wedding band picked out for sure.  And might I add he looked SO good in it.  :)

And as if that wasn't enough of a surprise, B and his mom were working behind my back on something special for me.  B knows I have been trying to find the perfect "wedding bag" to carry my binder and what magazine or information I need with me when I start making some definite plans.  But I have not been able to just figure out what I want or needed.  B had told his mom all this and she happened to be in Tupelo the same time we were and found me a bag.

But here is where they are tricky.  B took me there and told me to pick out one for his sister.  I picked out the exact same bag.  Great minds think alike. hehe!

It could not be more perfect for what I want it to be used for and I can't wait to get it monogrammed with my future initials on it.

This wedding stuff is really starting to become REAL and I could not be more excited.  Like for real, it's about all I think about now a days.. :)

So Saturday was a really good time for us.  We got to "get away" but we also got some things accomplished and I truly can say I am so blessed to have this man and the family that comes with him.

Then yesterday was Father's Day.  I had picked up my daddy a kneeling pad Saturday when we were in Tupelo and when he saw it he was really thrilled.  He said he had just told mom a few minutes before I gave it to him that he really needed one.  Score!

And to finish off the weekend, I went over to B's sister house and we had dinner and just relaxed and had a good time.  And talked wedding. :)  It is SUCH a blessing to hear his family asking what I think or what I want to do about certain wedding things.  To know there is a family to gain that actually cares is SO nice.  I promise I still have moments where I wonder how I got so lucky to find this man and this family for my future.

B's little brother, Ben, and his girlfriend Lindsey with B and myself.

The White family

The REAL White family. :)

I truly can't wait to see what all the future holds with this man.  It amazes me more every day.

And just in case ya'll need another cute text....
Blake is "hotter" than his uncle "brain".  Priceless.

Cuteness Overload!

Last night was seriously one of the best nights ever

We thought we had a ballgame to go to at 7:00, but it turned out it was just a mistake, and so our plans for the night got threw off track.

But I am SO glad they did.

Bethany, Donna, Blake, Bryce, and Brad all came by my house.  Jenna was already there with me and B and then my mom joined in on the fun.  We thought it would be cute to take a picture of all the kids sitting together on the couch.  Well, it was.

And then we had another good idea.  Sit Brad & Jenna together.

Insert major cuteness.

There was hand holding...

Blake and Roxie made BFF's... she ate up the attention and he found a new love.  And poor Reagan tried to keep up..haha.
Bryce and B posed for the camera!

                                                                              Can I kiss you?
The girl smiles.  The boy wipes it off.  Typical.
Money helps buy love, sometimes. :)
All the kids! First picture together!
                                                        Bethany got some "girl time!"

We all had such a good time just relaxing and watching/hearing what the kids would say/do.  Those are the nights that life is made of, for sure.

B and myself and all our "babies".  I love this picture.

Now as if this isn't cute enough already, let me make it better.

Not long after everyone left I get a text from Blake.  That's him on the far right in that picture above.
Told you I could make it better! ;)

My panties

Comments (3)

Okay, all you perverts need to go away.

This isn't that kind of post.

My panties are too big.

Who has this problem?  Of course, me!  I always get the weird problems.

Okay, get this.. I am not trying to lose weight although the last two weeks I've had 4 different people tell me they can tell I have...!?!? Okay, that's winner chicken dinner in my opinion!

But, I put on one of my fave pair of panties yesterday and they are TOO BIG.  Like as in they covered way more than my butt.

I can't make this stuff up.

My clothes fit better but nothing noticable to me anyway, but my panties are too big.  My favorite panties.   What's a girl to do with her favorite panties no longer available?

Yes, I just posted about my panties.  I'm stressing this issue..
