Not just any ole gal...

A gal and her dog.  =)

Did you all enjoy yesterday's post from Raven?  I thought so!

Today you get the fabulous Hillary from a gal and her dog.  Now first of all, isn't that the cutest name ever?  When I first saw her blog, I knew I'd like the girl.  Anyone who holds their pet that highly is def an A+ in my book! :)

Aside from being gorgeous, and making those delicious cinnamon rolls (I still want some....) she likes to oooh and ahhh over her precious niece as much as I do.  Being aunts is wonderful.

So, here she is.. the woman of the day, Hillary.

Hey, everyone. Happy Friday! This is Hillary from a gal and her dog guest posting for one of my favorite bloggers, Kayla.

With fall and my favorite holiday of all -- Halloween -- quickly approaching, I wanted to share some horror films that I LOVE.

Each September, I start obsessively watching scary movies to get in the mood, and this year is no different.

A few of my must-watch movies include:

Scream
This came out the year before I got my driver’s license and will always be a movie that I associate with high school. Fun movie -- spooky without being too over-the-top gory.

The Ring
When I went to see this in the theater, it was the first time in a long time that I screamed out loud and was scared to go to bed afterward. Nightmares for weeks!

The Changeling
No, not the Angelina Jolie movie. This one came out the year I was born, but some friends and I rented it on a whim the summer before 6th grade and must have watched it a million times after. Soooo scary! I just ordered it so I can watch it with my husband this year.

Hocus Pocus
Definite childhood favorite and often quoted around our household growing up. I ordered it last year and we all cracked up reliving the old days.

What are some of your favorite scary movies?

Now isn't she precious?

I WISH I had the nerves to watch scary movies since Halloween is my fave holiday of the year too.  But, this little lady lives alone and is chicken.  There I said it.  I'm a big chicken.

Thanks, Hillary, for guest posting today!

Now, ladies, seriously.. go check her out.  She is too cute.
