"I'd be fine if you died... "

Um, Hello!?

Did anyone else watch last night's episode of The Walking Dead?

First of all, I was confused throughout more of the episode than I like to be, but still, it was awesome to have it back!

I really liked Michone's storyline being told a little more.  She has been a deep character since her arrival.  I almost didn't recognize her when it showed her in the "past" clip.  And her poor, poor baby.  I was sad for her.

Now, can we please talk about Rick?! I mean the man laid there unconscious forever and a day.  I thoguht he was dead.  Then he starts gasping for air like a walker and then passes out again.  Next scene, he's fine.   I missed something.

And Carl.. oh little Carl.  You were a bad boy the way you treated and talked to your father.  You also need your mouth washed out with soap.  The cussing isn't cool, kid.

The chocolate pudding was hilarious. I am not so sure I could sit on a roof and eat chocolate pudding with a zombie arm after me, but hey, I guess he earned that pudding. LOL.

So glad it's back, and so looking forward to next week! Can't wait to see where the rest of the crew have ended up.  And is poor Judith alive?

  1. My question, how and why did he get on that roof?! What do you think is at the door. I say it's Michone with Carl's boot lol

  2. I was puzzled about Rick as well... not gonna lie it was a bit of a disappointing episode but I think they are dragging out the characters being split up for a few episodes. Hopefully next week's is more eventful!

  4. I thought the episode was kind of slow, well the Rick and Carl part was. I enjoyed Michonne's storyline and when she showed up at the house that Rick and Carl were staying in. But my view on Carl: he was acting out because he is scared and angry. He thought his dad was going to die and he thought all of the rest of the camp had died. He was afraid of being alone and was acting out on that.

Stopping by from SITS. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. Have a lovely week!

  5. So I read the comics & want to ruin this for everyone, but I promise I won't. It would answer your Judith question though. However, because the show has strayed so far from the comics, I had so many panic attacks because of Carl's actions. Who walks backwards in a zombie apocalypse?!

  6. I love Walking Dead, however , is this entire season going to be them finding each other? Did they never have a fire drill back in the day? You know, a meeting place in case of emergency haha

  7. I love Walking Dead too- but this episode disappointed me some. I agree with you about the Rick thing… a little unbelievable. I also think the only reason Carl got away with that outburst is BECAUSE Rick was unconscious! I wished they had shown more clips of what happened with everyone else for the season opener, and then gotten deeper into each one's story in coming episodes.

  8. I love Walking Dead and I did like this episode. But, I was very disappointing in Carl's outburst. I like Michone's story and am glad we see the softer side a bit. But, yes, we should be getting glimpses of each story. I have been a bit disappointed from last season, but that is my personal preference of Directors. I'm waiting for Darryl to pop up, caring for baby Judith. He's my anti-hero hero.

  9. I love Walking Dead and I'm so glad it's back on again too. I think that Judith is still alive and was put on the bus. I'm not happy about the show killing off Hershel.

  10. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who was confused. I had to keep pausing it and asking my husband to explain parts to me. And I'm dying to know if Judith is alive or not!!!
